Key Responsibilities:

 

1- Primary and Secondary Research: Conduct thorough primary and secondary research to gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.

2- Data Analysis:

  1. Analyze email campaign data using Excel and Google Analytics tools to track KPIs such as open rates and conversions.
  2. Segment audiences for targeted, personalized campaigns.
  3. Convert data into actionable insights to refine strategies, boost engagement, and enhance ROI.

3- Competitor and Market Analysis-  Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and in-depth market research to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze competitors' strategies, products, pricing, and customer feedback while assessing industry trends and customer needs. Use tools like SWOT analysis and market segmentation to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and position your business competitively.

4- Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities by staying informed about market updates and emerging trends.

5- Contact Discovery: Proficient in contact discovery using platforms like Hoovers, Discovering, Bloomberg, Jigsaw, Zoom Info, One Source, LinkedIn, Lead411, prospect.io, Apollo, Lusha, etc.

6- Data Management: Manage and analyze databases, including data extraction, scrubbing, cleaning, and validation using essential Excel functions.

7- Revenue Analysis: Demonstrates a strong capability in analyzing revenue streams and applying market research insights to drive revenue growth. Possesses expertise in leveraging personal skills and key result areas (KRAs) to optimize revenue generation. Able to identify and focus on core revenue factors, using data-driven strategies to enhance financial performance and business growth.

8- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand research needs, develop plans, and support business objectives.

9- Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on government policies and regulations that could impact business operations and revenue streams.

 

Key Skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data tools and technologies.
  2. Capability of quick analysis of Market Trends and Market Demand
  3. Ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
  4. Must have good knowledge of LinkedIn Operations and Sales Navigator.
  5. Familiarity with industry-standard research tools and platforms.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
