Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Working Hours: 6 PM- 3AM (Night Shift)/ 8 PM - 5AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent Sales and Support Services and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer interactions, supporting sales activities, and providing after-sales services, while ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional environment.

 

Must Have:- Excellent English communication skills
                      Minimum 6 months experience in US/UK Voice Process

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and chat support
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, email, chat, and other channels
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to present and pitch products/services to potential clients.
  • Accurately handle order processing, service requests, and complaints.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in sales & lead generation to support business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyse data, and provide market feedback.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries, issues, and grievances.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and relevant software.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer support will be an added advantage
