Job Description-

We are hiring an SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years and strong knowledge of the latest SEO techniques. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Moz and etc. The role requires expertise in developing and executing SEO strategies to drive positive ROI for the brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices to refine and optimize SEO strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and create SEO roadmaps.
  • Leverage AI tools for SEO optimization and link-building.

On-Page SEO:

  • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Optimize content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engine visibility.
  • Ensure site architecture and URL structures are SEO-friendly.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize content for SEO.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine content strategies for better engagement and conversions.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

  • Develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
  • Analyze competitor backlink profiles and implement strategies to outrank them.
  • Build relationships with external partners for guest blogging and backlinking.
  • Ensure high-quality backlinks and maintain a healthy backlink profile for clients, and Customers.
  • Guide and mentor the team on link-building best practices.

Technical SEO:

  • Analyze website architecture, link structure, and indexing issues.
  • Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in website code.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile usability, and structured data for better rankings.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.

SEO Analytics & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
  • Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate search rankings and conversions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide written recommendations for SEO performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure cohesive SEO implementation.
  • Set goals and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.

Industry Research & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on search engine updates, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO technologies.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and SEO innovations.
  • Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base with best practices and SEO insights.

 

Requirements:

  • SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, site speed, and indexing.
  • Tools Proficiency: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze SEO data, track performance metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Link Building & Strategy: Experience with high-quality backlink acquisition, outreach, and domain authority improvements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with local SEO, eCommerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.), and evolving search engine algorithms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking abilities with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website optimization.
