Location: Gurugram (On-Site)

Experience: 2-3 years

Working Days: 5 days per week (11AM - 8PM)

Qualification: Any Graduate ( Equivalent )with relevant experience and above

 

Job Description-

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer (2–3 years’ experience) to create digital ad creatives and webinar marketing assets. The candidate should have a strong design sense, work well in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality, platform-ready designs across multiple formats.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets such as logos, brochures, infographics, social media posts, email creatives, and web graphics
  • Create static and simple motion ads for Meta platforms (Feed, Stories/Banners, Carousel, etc.) in multiple aspect ratios.
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing (layout, headline, images, CTA styles) and optimize based on results
  • Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, clear, and export-ready with proper dimensions, safe margins, and file formats
  • Create webinar marketing assets like event banners, speaker cards, countdown posts, story creatives, email headers, thumbnails, infographics, and key takeaway slides
  • Maintain and update reusable brand templates in Figma/PSD/AI for faster production
  • Continuously improve design processes and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, and Canva
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills in visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain and present design ideas clearly
