We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email databases, designing engaging email content, and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities: -
- Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment of email campaigns, including mass emails, broadcast emails, and email blasts.
- Perform and manage the IP warm-up process to maintain email deliverability.
- Identify and target the right audience while growing and maintaining email databases.
- Create engaging and customized email campaigns tailored to specific target audiences.
- Design responsive email templates using HTML and CSS to enhance user engagement.
- Utilize marketing tools for campaign management, account creation, and promotional flyer design.
- Segment email lists based on audience behaviour, demographics, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversions.
- Handle email deliverability issues, including delisting and recovery of blacklisted or spam domains.
- Develop marketing strategies including business analysis, competitor analysis, and remarketing initiatives.
- Support the development of sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for designing email templates.
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management platforms.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, IP warm-up, and spam domain recovery.
- Ability to create marketing flyers and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in MIS reporting and Pivot Tables.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
