Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 9 hours/ Night Shift

Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1- PPC Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other relevant networks.

  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages to improve quality score and overall performance.

  • Monitor and analyse

  • Campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.

2- Lead Generation:

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies through paid and unpaid marketing efforts.

  • Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and overall campaign success.

3- Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare performance reports on campaign outcomes, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and optimize campaigns.

4- Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the content, design, SEO and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and lead generation.

  2. Demonstrated experience in International Markets (specially US and Europe) and a deep understanding of how to tailor campaigns for different regions.

  3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant ad platforms.

  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

  5. Must have knowledge of Marketing friendly content.

  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
